Choose a free slot on this page, enter the patient's details and pay the consultation fee securely through Razorpay. As soon as the payment is confirmed, a Google Meet link is sent to your email (and on WhatsApp if you opt in). Join the call from your phone or laptop at the booked time.
How much does an online ENT consultation cost?
The fee is ₹500 per consultation for a 10-minute video call. You see the exact amount before you pay, and you can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking.
Which ENT problems can be handled online?
Online consultations work well for follow-ups after treatment or surgery, explaining test reports (hearing tests, CT or MRI scans, sleep studies), sinus and allergy symptoms, recurring sore throat, snoring, and second opinions before a planned ENT surgery.
When should I visit the clinic instead of consulting online?
Book an in-clinic visit when the ear, nose or throat has to be examined with instruments (ear microscopy, nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy), for hearing tests, wax or foreign body removal, or a new lump in the neck. For heavy bleeding, difficulty breathing, a swallowed battery or coin, or sudden hearing loss, go to the nearest emergency department straight away.
What do I need for the video call?
A smartphone or laptop with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection (4G or Wi-Fi), and a quiet, well-lit room. Google Meet opens in the browser; on a phone the Google Meet app gives the best experience. Keep your previous prescriptions, reports and a list of current medicines ready.
I paid but can't find my Google Meet link. What should I do?
The link appears on your booking confirmation page and in your email within a few minutes of payment, so check your spam or promotions folder too. If you still can't find it 15 minutes before your slot, WhatsApp or call the clinic on +91 70110 36165.
Can I reschedule or cancel an online consultation?
Yes. Contact the clinic on WhatsApp or call +91 70110 36165 as early as possible. Refunds for cancelled consultations follow our Refund Policy.
What happens if my payment goes through but the booking isn't confirmed?
Payments are confirmed automatically, usually within a minute. In the rare case that the slot can't be confirmed, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method, which normally takes 5–7 working days.
